Enjoy fast shipping with all orders leaving our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We ensure quick processing so you can receive your items promptly! We ship Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for an order to arrive. Custom order shipment timeframes vary by vendor but are typically fulfilled within three weeks of order processing.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is received and another when it has shipped. We use USPS and UPS for shipping; please contact them directly for any questions about your package status and claims. 

You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your items must be unused and in the original condition/box. Gift receipts are eligible for exchange or store credit. Any seasonal themed merchandise must be returned before the holiday. All custom orders, special orders, food, and sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
