Shipping
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order (for all in-stock items) to be processed and shipped. We ship Monday through Friday. Once shipped, please allow up to 5–10 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping timelines may be delayed and are out of our control once the package has left our store.
Custom order shipment timeframes vary by vendor but are typically fulfilled within three weeks of order processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is received and another when it has shipped. We use USPS and UPS for shipping; please contact them directly for any questions about your package status or to file a claim.
Local Pickup
We offer convenient curbside pickup for all online or phone orders. Simply give us a call when you arrive, and we’ll bring your order out to you.
Please note: We have discontinued local porch delivery at this time. However, you can still choose curbside pickup or select shipping via USPS or UPS during checkout.
Online Return Policy
You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your items must be unused and in the original condition/box. Gift receipts are eligible for exchange or store credit. Any seasonal themed merchandise must be returned before the holiday. All custom orders, special orders, food, and sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may return items in-store.
