Return and Shipping
Please allow for 1 to 3 business days for your order (of all in-stock items) to be processed and shipped out. We ship Monday - Friday. Delivery times might take longer due to COVID-19. Please allow up to 5-14 business days for an order to arrive. Custom order shipment timeframes vary by vendor but are typically fulfilled in about three weeks of order processing. For any issues regarding package status or issues with the delivery please contact the carrier (either USPS or UPS).
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been received and another e-mail once your order has shipped with a tracking number. Be Charmed uses USPS and UPS to ship orders.
Please allow for up to 24 hours for online order curbside/in-store pickup. You will get an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up your order at the checkout counter or call the store when you arrive in our parking lot and we can put your order in your trunk.
Online Return Policy
You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your items must be unused and in the original condition/box. Gift receipts are eligible for exchange or store credit. Any seasonal themed merchandise must be returned before the holiday. All custom orders, special orders, food and sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and shipping costs paid are non-refundable. ALL MASKS/FACE COVERINGS ARE ALL FINAL SALE.
